Nicola Chiropractic prides itself in effectively treating the entire body. From nutrition and exercise to flexibility and strength, we work with patients so they achieve the healthiest outcome possible.

We diagnose and treat mechanical disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. Treatments focus on affecting the nervous system and improving overall health.

Most patients come to us in pain. Our goal is to not only eliminate pain, but also for patients to implement lifestyle changes to prevent future pain.

Dr. Joseph Nicola leads a team of experienced and dedicated health care professionals. His clinical experience covers a broad range of disciplines, including motor vehicle accidents, work related and sports injuries.

Dr. Nicola received his doctorate of chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and his bachelor of science in kinesiology from Arizona State University. His is also a member of the Nevada Chiropractic Association, the organization dedicated to serving as the voice of chiropractors throughout the state. He is certified by the American Board of Independent Examiners and licensed by the Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada and the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

He also practices what he preaches: he volunteers his time as a member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s prestigious Search and Rescue team. He often engages in high angle and technical rescues of fallen and injured hikers in the mountains.

In addition, Dr. Nicola is an adjunct professor of biology, anatomy and physiology at the College of Southern Nevada.
Past accolades include being named as part of In Business’ “40 Under 40” as well as Nevada Business Journal’s “Top 10 Businesspeople” in 2002, which was also his first year in business. That same year, he made the cover of Chiropractic Products Magazine and was lauded for his business acumen and impressive marketing strategy.
